Entry Level Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer networks
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT managers
- Educate clients on basic computer functions and software applications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service oriented with a patient and professional demeanor

Salary: 1200$ per month
