Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and meet customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and menu items
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Assist with packaging and labeling products for sale or distribution

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed for quantity or dietary restrictions
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with an eye for presentation
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new flavors and combinations
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
