Locksmith Technician



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to our clients, including installing and repairing locks, duplicating keys, and providing emergency lockout services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair locks for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
- Create duplicate keys using key-cutting machines
- Provide emergency lockout services for clients in need of immediate assistance
- Use specialized tools and techniques to open locked doors without causing damage
- Program electronic locks and access control systems
- Maintain an organized inventory of locksmith tools and supplies
- Communicate with clients to determine their specific needs and provide recommendations for security solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems
- Familiarity with biometric passports is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must have accommodation in or near Faro
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy objects or working in confined spaces
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
