Locksmith Technician

As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. You will work with clients to determine their needs and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements. Additionally, you may be required to create new keys or duplicate existing ones using specialized equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of locks and security systems, including electronic and mechanical locks, keyless entry systems, and safe locks
- Assess client needs and provide recommendations for the most appropriate security solutions
- Create new keys or duplicate existing ones using specialized equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Respond to emergency service calls for lockouts or other urgent lock-related issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with existing locks and security systems
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working as a locksmith or in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as key cutting machines and lock picking tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Faro, Portugal (candidates from other nationalities are welcome)

This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for employment in Portugal.
