Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to develop promotional packages and offers
- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Dubai (Indian nationals preferred)
