We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping malls, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to determine their needs and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Create detailed building designs, including blueprints, sketches, and models.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Manage the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are currently living in Izhevsk or willing to relocate.

Type of Employment:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome fresh graduates who possess relevant education background and skills.
