We are in search of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for commercial projects.
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are technically feasible.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved plans.
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on changing client needs or budget constraints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Izhevsk, Russia. However, we are open to considering part-time options for exceptional candidates.
