Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract)
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service and support to clients, primarily through email and chat. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a contract position based in Los Angeles, with a focus on serving Indian clients. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English and have experience in a customer service or support role. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Familiarity with biometric passports is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
