We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team in Akron. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and furniture. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in painting and be able to work with different types of paint and tools. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter by covering them with drop cloths or masking tape
- Repair damaged areas on surfaces before painting
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in painting
- Ensure work area is clean and tidy after completing the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of various painting techniques
- Familiarity with different types of paint and their uses
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
- Good communication skills
