Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other events
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, promotions, and policies to effectively assist guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Good knowledge of Lahore's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have own visa or work permit
