Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lusail, Qatar. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include budgeting, scheduling, managing resources and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry. This position is open to all nationalities and offers a salary of 1200$ per month with accommodation, free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor progress against budget and schedule targets and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets contractual obligations
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, codes, regulations, and standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
