Carpenter Foreman



We are a reputable construction company in Al-Khor and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. As a Carpenter Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of carpenters on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the carpenters based on project deadlines.
- Train new carpenters on safety procedures, tools, and techniques.
- Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Communicate effectively with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
