Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Create schedules and handle payroll for employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month

Contract job: This is a contract position with the potential for renewal based on performance.
