Research Scientist - Computer Vision


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist in the field of Computer Vision to join our team in Atlanta. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and techniques for our projects. You will work closely with a team of researchers and engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in the field of computer vision, including literature review, experimentation, and analysis.
- Develop and implement computer vision algorithms and techniques for various applications.
- Collaborate with a team of researchers and engineers to design and implement solutions that meet project requirements.
- Test and evaluate computer vision systems on real-world data sets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of computer vision.

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong background in computer vision including experience with deep learning, image processing, 3D reconstruction, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with popular deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on real-world projects involving computer vision technologies.
- Publications in relevant conferences or journals.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Atlanta (open to remote candidates)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
