Office Assistant - Bungoma, Kenya
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in an office setting is required
- Must be willing to work full-time with flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and digital form
- Order office supplies as needed and keep inventory of stock levels
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry or invoicing
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
