As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay in our luxury hotel in Abu-Dhabi. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, and responding to any special requests.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position suitable for both Kenyan and foreign nationals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with the opportunity for tips based on guest satisfaction. As our employee, you will also receive free accommodation and visa sponsorship. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
