Teamlead - Biometric Passport Processing (Eschen, Canada)


We are currently hiring a Teamlead for our biometric passport processing department in Eschen, Canada. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of passport processing specialists and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports. This role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in passport processing procedures and regulations. You will be expected to train and mentor team members, manage workflow and productivity, and maintain high quality standards in all aspects of the department's operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of passport processing specialists in the efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Train new team members on passport processing procedures and regulations
- Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct quality checks on processed passports to maintain high standards
- Resolve any issues or errors that may arise during the process
- Communicate with relevant authorities regarding any changes or updates to passport regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Provide regular reports on department performance to upper management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in biometric passport processing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of biometric passport regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle high volume workloads while maintaining efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (other languages are an asset)
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Salary: 1500$ per month
