Sales Manager - Khasab, Canada
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Khasab, Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage and maintain existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and achieve targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the Canadian market
- Ability to travel within Canada as needed
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
