Architectural Technologist

We are a leading architectural design firm based in Washington, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our architects in the design and construction of various projects. You must have at least 3 years of experience in the field and possess a strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Research building materials and techniques to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective solutions are used
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other software to create 2D/3D drawings and models
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (open to candidates from any nationality)
