Entry Level Plasterer

As an entry level Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster, and finishing surfaces with sandpaper or other tools. You may also be required to install insulation, repair damaged plaster, and create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent manual dexterity. You should also be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided, but prior experience in construction or a related field would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling cracks and holes, and cleaning the area
- Mix and apply different types of plaster according to project specifications
- Use hand tools such as trowels, scrapers, and brushes to spread the plaster evenly
- Smooth out imperfections using sandpaper or other tools
- Install insulation materials before applying plaster if necessary
- Repair damaged areas of existing plaster using patching materials
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns using specialized tools
- Ensure work is completed within specified timeframes and to high quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of construction principles and practices would be an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce neat finishes
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods on the job

Location: Khanpur (open to candidates from any nationality)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
