Administrative Director for Pakistani Nationals in Dukhan
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient functioning of the company
- Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor expenses
- Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payments
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Supervise administrative staff members and provide training as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Qatar is a plus
