Skilled Handyman

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks both inside and outside our facilities. This position requires someone with a strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of buildings and equipment for maintenance needs
- Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building repairs
- Installing fixtures such as shelves, cabinets or drywall
- Assisting with painting and other cosmetic touch-ups
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must have own basic tools

Preferred:
- Experience working in a commercial or residential setting
- Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems

Salary: $1300/month with accommodation provided. This position is open to individuals of any nationality but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
