Technical Support Specialist (Part-time)

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. This position is suitable for men of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality who have their own visa and are looking for a part-time job without accommodation.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will be to provide technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with computer software, hardware, or other technology products. This may include troubleshooting problems, answering customer inquiries, and providing step-by-step instructions for resolving issues.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. You should also be patient, customer-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network issues
- Research solutions to complex technical problems
- Walk customers through the steps for resolving technical issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure
