Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any issues they may have with their computer systems or software. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and assist with network setup
- Communicate technical information in simple terms to non-technical users
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other departments when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi would be an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Ufa, Russia
