Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, developing preservation plans, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and historic preservation guidelines. You must have a strong understanding of architectural styles and materials, as well as experience in project management and budgeting. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in historic preservation projects.

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Eschen, Liechtenstein

Requirements:
- Degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong understanding of architectural styles and materials
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and government agencies.

Preference:
- Indian nationality (others are also welcome to apply)
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience working on preservation projects in Europe is preferred.
