We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Braga. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting and start their career with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed
- Organizing and scheduling appointments for staff members
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handling confidential documents with discretion
- Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must have attention to detail and be able to work independently
