We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Almada. This full-time position offers a salary of 1000$ and includes free visa and ticket for all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage the sales team and provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM software is a plus
