Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products/services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitorsβ activities, and market changes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel when necessary
Salary: 1400$
Location: Karachi (visa sponsorship available)
