Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Khanpur. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and senior management
- Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and quality control
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure construction meets industry standards and client expectations
- Manage project contracts and handle any disputes that may arise
- Mentor and supervise a team of construction workers to ensure high-quality work is being done efficiently

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not required
