Construction Manager (Contract)

A reputable construction company in Khanpur is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to oversee various projects on a contract basis. This position is suitable for men with a salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Hire and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction workers
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Monitor material usage and inventory levels
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Thorough understanding of the construction process from planning to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is an asset
