Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to plan, organize, and direct the construction process from start to finish. Your day-to-day tasks may include preparing project schedules and budgets, obtaining permits and approvals, monitoring progress and ensuring safety regulations are followed.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, you must have strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and make critical decisions.

This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month. While accommodation is not provided by the company, we do offer visa sponsorship for international candidates if needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
