Administrative Assistant - Indian Nationals Only
We are a growing company in Bayan seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position suitable for men with or without experience, as long as they have a valid biometric passport. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies. You will also be responsible for performing data entry, creating reports and presentations, and handling correspondence.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills in English, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, and who can prioritize tasks efficiently.
