We are in search of a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for commercial building projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using specialized software
- Oversee construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress throughout the construction process to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
