We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Welder, you will use specialized equipment to cut, shape, and join metal parts together to create various structures and products. Your main responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints, determining the appropriate welding techniques and materials to use, and ensuring the quality of the final product.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Welder
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their characteristics
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the specifications of the project
- Selecting the appropriate welding techniques based on the type of metal being used
- Preparing materials by cleaning, cutting, or shaping them before welding
- Operating specialized equipment such as welders, grinders, and plasma cutters
- Assembling metal components according to specifications using various welding techniques
- Inspecting welds for accuracy and quality control purposes
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
