We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform general handyman tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate with property owners or managers regarding any major repairs or renovations needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

This job is suitable for men who have their own transportation as you may need to travel between different properties. Accommodation can also be provided if necessary. Visa sponsorship is not required for this position.
