Job Title: Handyman - Property Maintenance Specialist

Our property management company is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our rental properties. This includes plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently and efficiently. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of rental properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Complete basic electrical work including changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, screens, and locks
- Install or repair flooring such as carpeting or tiles
- Handle small carpentry projects such as building shelves or repairing cabinets
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of rental properties by performing regular cleaning tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a related role
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Excellent communication skills
