Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Eschen. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including regularly cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies
- Train new team members on barista duties

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in drink preparation
- Good communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work

Salary:
$1000 per month
