Responsibilities:
- Moderate online communities, forums, and social media platforms
- Enforce rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Address conflicts or issues between users
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for moderation
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally
- Knowledge of moderation tools and techniques
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
