We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with other team members and contractors on project sites
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey work
- Adhere to safety regulations on job sites
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Keep detailed records of survey data and project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total station, and laser levels
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

This is a contract position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for Portugal. This position is suitable for men.
