Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials and move them around the job site. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the construction or industrial project you are working on. This position requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to operate heavy machinery in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain loaders, including performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, or other construction materials
- Transport materials to and from designated areas on the job site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep accurate records of material movements and equipment usage
- Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment immediately to supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
- Ability to operate various types of loaders in different environments (e.g. construction sites, warehouses)
- Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy machinery
- Physical stamina and strength for extended periods of standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Attention to detail for accurately recording material movements and equipment usage
- Good communication skills for coordinating tasks with team members
- Flexibility to work full-time hours with possibility for overtime if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Experience working in construction or industrial settings
- Proficiency in using various types of loaders (e.g. front-end loader, skid steer loader)
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for loaders
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-citizen applicants (if applicable)

Salary: $1200 per month
