We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a sales role and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and generate revenue
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid residence visa in Kuwait
