As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Moscow. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase profitability and meet business goals. Your strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided. We are open to candidates from all nationalities who have their own visa to work in Russia.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high levels of service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet business targets
- Maintain inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Create schedules for staff and monitor their performance
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates and provide training
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality standards
- Oversee marketing initiatives to attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
