We are searching for a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our computer systems and networks. You will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in network technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network security practices
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1600$ per month
