Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. You will also need to provide guidance and support to junior architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final construction
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction purposes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to coordinate project timelines and budgets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
