Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Mauren. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of various projects, ensuring that they meet all client requirements and adhere to all relevant regulations and codes. You will also be involved in project management, overseeing the work of junior architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Ensure that designs meet all necessary regulations and codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Mentor and support junior architects on the team
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members
- Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
