Mason - Brick and Stone Work Foreman (Filipino)
We are hiring a skilled Mason with experience in brick and stone work to join our team as a Foreman. As a Mason, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of workers and ensuring that all brick and stone work is completed to high standards. This position is open to Filipino candidates, but applicants of any nationality with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of workers and assign tasks accordingly
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications for projects
- Prepare surfaces for brick or stone work by cleaning, leveling, and laying out lines
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in rows or patterns, using tools such as trowels, hammers, and levels
- Cut or saw bricks or stones to fit around obstacles using hand or power tools
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and report any shortages or damages
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in brick and stone work (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Knowledge of different types of building materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry work
- Ability to use hand/power tools safely and accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Good physical stamina as the job involves long periods of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Valid visa (own visa preferred)
