Data Analyst


A dynamic and growing company in Funchal is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and inform business decisions. You must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex data sets.

Key responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets
- Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to identify business needs and opportunities for data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
