As a skilled and experienced Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our diverse clientele in Funchal. With your expertise in cutting, styling, and shaving techniques, you will help our customers achieve their desired looks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and consult with them to determine their grooming needs
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services using various tools and techniques
- Offer recommendations for hair and beard styles based on individual preferences and facial features
- Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in men's grooming to provide the best possible service
- Upsell products and services to customers as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to ensure their loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the barbershop

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber, preferably in a high-end or upscale environment
- Excellent knowledge of cutting, shaving, styling techniques, and hair care products for men
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers from different backgrounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude with a strong work ethic

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal (visa sponsorship available if needed)
