Wedding Planner

We are seeking a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from beginning to end. This includes meeting with clients to discuss their vision, creating detailed timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of the wedding day.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, and musicians
- Coordinate all logistics for the wedding day, including transportation, setup, and breakdown
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and incorporate them into events when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of different cultures and customs related to weddings is an asset

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Doha, Qatar

This position is open to Canadians looking for English speaking jobs in Doha. No prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job training. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer a free visa and ticket to Qatar.
