Operate and maintain smelting equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor and regulate temperature, pressure, and flow of materials to ensure quality production. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks. Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear while working with high temperatures and hazardous materials. Communicate with team members to coordinate production process. Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Must have experience in a smelting environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
